Need a SOQL query to see all Opportunities owned by Person A that have Files owned by Person B

Hello,

I uploaded hundreds of files to individual opportunities for a salesman.  I need to change ownership to him so he can delete / upload new versions of these files.  So to do that, I am trying to start by getting a list of all his opportunities with Content Documents owned by me.  Any Ideas?
