Can I force users to verify account details before creating an opportunity?
If I wanted to force users to validate accounts before they can create an opportunity, how would I do so? I would only want to apply this rule to accounts that have not been updated for a period of time.

This is possible with the help of Flows (or called as Visual Work Flows) or apex triggers. For triggeres you'd need programming knowledge but with Flows you can achieve this with just out of the box point and clicks.
