Contacts to Multiple Accounts Settings - Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts - Problem
I am unable to check the box Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts and don't seem to be able to complete the rest of the steps without doing this, can anyone please advise as this section is confusing me? I'm using Salesforce Classic. Thanks.
You need to click on the edit button as below
1. After following steps above click on edit button

If you want how to Link Contacts to Multiple Accounts. Then follow Below Steps:-
1.From Setup, enter Account Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Account Settings.
2.Select Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts.
It will work as expected :)

Click on "Questions" box.
Open the question you asked and you will find an option for "Best Answer" next to the answer you want to select (just hover the cursor next to flag drop-down)
Add the Related Accounts related list to the contact page layouts your reps use. It’s similar to what you just did in step 3.
I will definately help you out in adding "related accounts" related list to contact page layout.
