I have our own developed dialer in salesforce.
I want to develop an voicemail option on our dialer.
Whenever a call goes on voicemail , our caller should have an option to leave it's own voicemail and the call should get disconnected for the caller.
The voicemail button should be dropdown menu. The caller should have options to select different voicemails or leave it own normal voicemail. The callers should able to upload voicemails.
