Conga composer TO field populates no result when i try to send email

Hello,

I am using a Conga composer.

When i try to send email and when i click on "TO" to get the list of users in Saleforce, it is alwys blank.

No lead, contacts or users are retrieved.

What is the reason?

When i clicked on 'Conga Composer' button it's opening a dfferenet page for me.

If you start typing the name and press go the contact, user or leads will appear. If it is still not coming you need to check if the contacts name field is excrypted. If that is the case, conga will not populate contact fields which are encrypted.
