Having issue to download Data Loader for Window

I tried to download data loader for Window and I had Admin right for my computer. After I saved the file and launched the data loader, I got error message that the application needs to be run in Java based environment. Any one has any idea what I should do next to make the Data Loader work? Thanks!

Hi Sandhya,

Thank you for the knowledge document which really helps. The issue is resolved after I downloaded the right Java Runtime Environment.
