Different page layouts, record types, sales process based on region ?

Hi,
I have a requirement, where sales guyz are in Asia, North America, South America and Europe. Cutomer wants to have completely different sales process and different page layouts ? How can I acheive this requirement please ?

Hi,

First you have to create Sales process for  4 countries that you mentioned.

Create 4 Record types for 4 countries and then give different page layout to that countries.
