You have an report account with Opportunity.
There are four opportunities comes under an two account, Its show the grand total as 4 (accounts).
But i want to summarize the number of unique account records, we can achieve this through power of one field.
The Power of one field groups the account values as one and it shows the grand total as two as we excepted.
