Why did our Chatter "Chat" feature disappear from our Chatter Desktop?
Our organization uses Chatter as our internal group chat feature. We noticed that the "chat" feature (where we chat one or more person privately) - is gone. We still have the "message" feature, but the "chat" feature was preferred as those messages aren't tracked. Can you tell me what happened?

Also, the article you referenced said it would stop working in April 2017, for organizations who have had Chatter. We've had it for a number of years, and the "chat" function just disappeared a few weeks ago.
