Hi Srihari,

If it a custom javascript button then it is not supported in lightning.

The Report ID in the formula field needs to include the additional 3 case safe characters.  Example: "HYPERLINK("#/sObject/00O31000006oY44EAE/view?fv0="& Id, "Click here for Items in Production Report")
