Email Send out to Yahoo is not working

Hi -- We have created a Visualforce page and where we are sending Email Conformation to a customer,
But it is only working for Gmail Domain but it is not working for all other domain like Yahoo. AOL.

Testing Email Deliverability-

Please Run this test deliverability in your org which has the email address ( You will be receiving 52 emails to the provided Email address.

If it does not work problem might be with the Domain Name.

Example bounces due to Yahoo p=reject,

Hi Jay,

There is no way around this problem apart from simply changing all email addresses. From what I have been able to gather, at the moment you just cannot use Yahoo email addresses with salesforce. In my special case, I created a community user and the email wasn't sent because the community email was also my yahoo email address. So when I reset the password to trigger the email send gain nothing happened. After changing the community email to a Gmail email address, the community member was able to receive the email and set his password.

But we are sending email to customer and they are receiving email but the body is blank.

This may not necessarily be your problem. May be Yahoo is not able to parse your body.

I would try to different domains. Outlook,, gmail. if all these work, there may be special case with yahoo. Yahoo has different versions.. See by switching to yahoo classic if it would work. (BTW Yahoo sucks!!)

After reading over all this. It seems like it's more toward sending to their personal email. Even though Jay has even said, but "The email body is blank to customers"

However, I am sure there are more cases like ours where we send emails to clients.

We are constantly getting emails back that their email is blank. When our Activity history displays the information that was put into the email. And it didn't come through on their end.

Has a fix or workaround been discovered yet?
