Can't complete hand-on challenge "Work with Opportunities"

Here is the error I'm getting: 
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Could not find an opportunity named 'Big Deal'.
 
However, I'm logged into both Trailhead and my salesforce playground (I've verified several times) and the opportunity I was supposed to create is, in fact, completed.  Any help would be great.  Thanks!

sometimes the devil is in the details, try name the opportunity 'Big Deal' instead of 'Big Deal'. (so don't add the dot)

In the actual opp, there wasn't a dot.  I've tried to delete completely three times now and still not working.  I feel like its something simple but just not sure.

LOL!  I figured it out, so no use in replying. 

So, in the Trailhead they explicitly tell us how they want the 'next steps' to be labeled (4/27/18 - EL - Follow up next week).  So, this is what I was doing.  I simply took out the initial portion and just left 'Follow up next week' and it worked.  Two things to note: 1) The error message had nothing to do with what was actually wrong 2) There is a contradiction to how they want us logging 'next steps' and what the system is accepting.  Thanks for your time!
