Change Set Upload is Failing with Error Code 104070323-38507 (245827274)

We are in the middle of a deployment and the change set upload is failing with error code 104070323-38507 (245827274)

Can anyone give more information as far as what is causing it to fail?

It is hard to tell by looking at the error code as it not obvious.
Typically there is some sort of dependency that is missing or some conflict between between the sandboxes.

This is how I would troubleshoot. See if any one of the below helps.

1. Try uploading to a different Sandbox. If this works, it is possible that destination org has something that is of conflict.

2. Try to add dependencies for change set. see if this helps

3. Start with fresh change set. Add the compnents and upload (do not clone)

4. Depending on the how many components you may have, try to isolate the problem by uploading only few components at a time.

5. Open a ticket with Salesforce. Let SF investigate in parallel.
