We have 3 record types and one close record type.So when ever closed case reopens we need to change to previous record type in those 3 record types. Please hep me?

If you deactivated the record type then you have to make it active again. And If you still not find the active record type then you have to update the permission set for that and make it visible so that you can be able to see.

For making visible you have to navigate to the object settings.
