I am new to salesforce, Please help me with it- In Account object, for 20 accounts, for an Amount field, if I have to set the amount to 5000. How will I do it?

You can do it following ways 
  1. Use Mass Update/Edit from the listviews
  2. Export the data from the salesforce and update the Account filed and reload again into salesforce by usthe ing update 
  3. Apex Code
