Classic app not available in Salesforce mobile app

I have developed a Salesforce classic app with vfp and  apex. Is it possible to make it available for mobile?

I found what was the problem. I enabled Select Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app for my visualforce pages and added my classic app to mobile navigation from Salesforce | Salesforce Navigation.

Now its availbe in salesforce1 app

Thanks Nagendra. In lightning app builder I'm not able to find my classic app. I even upgraded it to lightning with app manager.
