I am starting Trailhead and believe I have all the right answers to the quiz (have tried every variation tbh) and it is not allowing me to pass

To be honest I never faced that kind of problem but I believe if you log in again, that might solve your problem.
Also, can you tell me what trailhead badge you are doing and facing this issue with,
