I need to share record manually but not getting sharing button what will be the issue?

Hi,
If you are using Lightning then, please note that this feature is not available in Lightning yet but it is under product team review.

In classic,
You will first have to enable manual sharing. And to share that record, you must be that record's owner.

Hi VJay, You will get the sharing button only if the OWD is private and you have the button on page layout.
