Having trouble completing 'Create Global Quick Actions' in 'Admin Beginner'. Should I try launching a new Playground?

Hey Gang...does it matter if I switch Trailhead Playgrounds?

I am in the process of completing the 'Admin Beginner' trail and have gone through the 'Create Global Quick Actions' four times and it still will not work.

I hit a similar snag much earlier with a trail and launched 'Playground 2' and for some reason, it worked.

Should I try completing 'Create Global Quick Actions' by launching 'Playground 3'?

Hi Bobby,

In the first unit of the module, please check this:
Choose Your Working Environment:
When you log into the Salesforce mobile app, you’re automatically connected to your production org. But you can also log into your sandbox, which is the best place to play around with the mobile settings and customizations. If you don’t have a sandbox, log in with your Trailhead Playground (TP) org credentials, or get a free Developer Edition account use this link https://developer.salesforce.com/signup.
If you need your TP’s username and password, you can access them using the instructions from this link https://force.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2659738-find-the-username-and-password-for-your-trailhead-playground?b_id=13478.

Thanks for taking time to reply but my issue was with understanding my playgrounds.  I believe I figured out the answer I needed.
