revert data update

hey guys,

we used the data loader to update some opportunities unfortunately something went wrong and now the stage field and a customized field are wrong. Is there any way to revert those changes. Is there a way to get a backup from salesforce(we didnt make one ourselves)

  • Do you have any history tracking on these fields?
  • If you have the most recent refreshed full sandbox  you may get some data 
  • Talk to support team, they might help you but not sure

1.just for the stage field. i already put that back, but now the stage history is wrong, because all are updated today.

2.unfortunately it was just partial copy sandbox
