Kyle Buzza Can't delete Field Update
Hi,
I'm trying to delete a custom field on the Contact object, but it's telling me that it is associated with a Field Update that I created previously. For some reason, I can't seem to find a way to delete this field update as there is no option to delete it on the page. Any help is appreciated.

Deactivate the associated workflow and then you can able to delete it ..
Kyle BuzzaI never associated that field update with anything. I just created it and now I can't delete it.
Is your profile is having 'Customize Application' permission ??? If not that might be the issue

Lori LiuField Updates are associated with Workflow Rules or Approval Processes. I do not think you can create it alone
