Intermittent invalid_grant errors
We have a custom connected app that uses the REST API. In the last couple of days, we've started getting intermittent invalid_grant authentication failures.
It does not happen all the time, maybe 25% of the time or less. I've also tried using cUrl to authenticate on the command-line and I never see any errors, even running the auth command multiple times in succession.
The connected app is already set to Relax IP restrictions, All users may self-authorize, and Refresh token is valid until revoked.
Any ideas what's going on?

The weird part is that it works, but after a the oauth2 is called multiple times and the access tokens are used many times, the oauth stops working. throwing the error
{ "error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "authentication failure" }
Waited for a few hours, the oauth2 started to work again.
