Roll-Up Summary Fields Trail

Error: "The field 'Potential_Value__c' does not exist"

But it does!
Not only do I see it, I have also tried a different playground and despite of seeing it there too, I get the same message. 
It has to be a bug, but what can I do on my end?

I think you have an active validation rule/ trigger.
Please deactivate it.  FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION error will disappear

You need to create this field on the account. Please see the below screenshot

Make sure Your profile should have access to the field . .( Visiable access )

I see that I didn't use the account as my master. I've tried that, but now I'm getting this "Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Account number must be 8 characters long.: []"
