Upload file with Flow - upload button is grayed out

Hi,

I'm trying to make a simple flow that prompts user to upload a file and then update the account record to change a field's value. For some reason the upload button is grayed out when trying to upload a file. See images below.

Hi Erik,
Can you try update "Related Record Id" to current record.
  • System and Global Variable
  • Flows
  • Current Record

This should work.

Thanks for your reply, but the button is still grayed out even though I changed it to current record.

Can you please check the permission on contentDocument or Attachment object you have. Or if possible you can show me the org to analyze more into it.
