It seems the issue with ZBS starter pack package. 

Do you have any class with name SydicationEventHandler_Test in you salesforce Org?

No, I don't. Moreover, I've make some attemtps to install this one in several orgs: developer and trailhed and none of them was succesfull.

Oh, damn. SydicationEventHandler_Test didn't exist in my org, but Test class did. Thank you for your reply, Waqar.
