how to call feedback object in visual page

Hi,
We can not call visual force page.
       
 There is no standard feedback object and most like you will want to allow users to enter multiple / different feedback, therefore designing a data model which includes custom object seems to the best approach. related to user/contact object in some way. if my suggestion is helpful then please choose it best answer.
