I`m on my way to create Custom Buttom on Contact Object but when it comes to adding it to Contact Page Layout I get lost. I do not see any option at the end of Contact Layout page as per instruction via Thrailhead. What is the next step I shall take?

Mark as best answer, If it resloves !!

if you created custom button correctly then check in  Buttons tabs in your image you will find and drag and drop on custom button .
if it won't clear your trailhead challenge please try to create new trailhead play ground and work on it.

check your display type of button that u hav created
and then find your button in Buttons , Custom Links or Quick Actions tabs in contact page layout

try to change Display Type : Detail Page Button then you can avalible to view in buttons
