Please check the Profile Settings on your Trailhead account.
Login to Trailhead account. Navigate to Profile, scroll Down. In the About me section, please check your name.

Please login to the Salesforce Org and got to Setup --> Quick Find/Search --> Personal Information.
Change your First Name and Last Name accordingly there.

I checked the Personal information My FirstName and Lastname are correct.
Email subject is "Congratulations, samvedya! You have unlocked a Trailblazer Rank!"

I changed the details and I think it works now but I have to wait until I get my new Email from Trailhead.
