Help with email opt out

Hi, 

I want to know if its possible to create a link which will take the clients to a web page where they can email opt out from all the leads related to that email.

yes ..create a web page and pass the lead id to the web page as URL param 

You can get the salesforce lead id details by using Rest api ( Any how you can call the rest api from most of web technologies )
