Knowledge Article Field

Hi Guys- I am unable to figure out where these fields are coming from, these aren't in layout too pls suggest

Hi Roni,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

From the above fields displayed Article Number is the standard field of string data type which will be Defaulted on creating.

The unique number automatically assigned to the article when it's created. You can't change the format or value for this field.

The remaining fields Title, URL Name, Summary, Validation Status are the custom fields created using the following data types mentioned in the below help document. May I suggest you if any other user has created those custom fields and has provided some field level security such that you are not able to view them.

Hi Nagendra - I need to add one more field to that layout, is there a way to add a custom field there
