I am not able to drag and drop Service Appointments in Dispatcher Console

I am not able to drag Service Appoinments onto the Gantt, I have already given permission for 'Field Service Dispatcher' field.

Hi Ratuja Bardapurkar! 
It's necessary to select an option "Enable service appointment sliding". This option it's in Field Service Configurations (Schedule --> General Logic).
