how to add "reply and reply all" features in email ?

Hi Zahra,

Please check once Email Deliverability setting if you are not able to see Reply and Reply All on Email publisher.
Please follow below path to check:-

Setup | Email Administration | Deliverability
Under " Deliverablity " Check " Access to Send Email "  Access Level choosen to " All Emails " are not,If not change it to " All Emails " and Save it.
