Is there a configuration in Salesforce whereby all links embedded in emails generated from Salesforce in a specific browser regardless of the user's default browser?

Hi Shaun,

I don't think there is any out of box functionality provided by Salesforce to acheive this. You can acheive this functionality using javascript in email template.
