There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge...satisfaction survey... OOSYUEHS

Hello everyone,
 
while exercising the trail "Automate Your Business Processes with Lightning Flow > Create a Satisfaction Survey > Add a Screen for Thanking the Customer" i got the exception below...
 
"There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: RKCHSINQ"
 
All other steps worked - 5.th and last step also - but not this 4.th step with this thanking screen...
 
Any idea?

Hi,
Make sure that your flow is not missing a connector from Record Create to Final Screen once I added that I was able to pass that step.

Compare your flow with the flow given in  the challenge and make your connectors.

Hi Thomas,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org in order to validate this challenge, if not then I would suggest you create a brand new org and give a try which should probably do the trick.

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled. If that doesn't help please give a try by restarting the batch.

Still, if the problem persists log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Note: Before creating a new DE org, I deleted the "thank customer" screen and redid that step...worked like a charm and saved me from redoing everything.

Also, check if your flow was missing a connector from Record Create to Final Screen

Hi guys,

thanks for replying...but same problem after:
- checking namespace => no namespace
- checking DE => its "maiden" - no trails were exercised in DE
- deleting survey in playground 1 => setup new survey in new playground 2

so, I will not waste my time with this error. The flow works - I can live with missing 100 points ;)
