Scheduling ClI Dataloader

Could anyone give me some idea on scheduling the CLI dataloader

You need to create a BAT file 
and Configure  the BAT file from the windows task manager Scheduling  feature

Thanks for sharing the resources but the problem is The CLI is implemented ow I need only to schedule it
So I am having issue for schedule The CLI
