Ken Holley 5 Marketing Cloud is using List Detective to block the the sending of registrants (using a form on a MC landing page). I'm OK with that but I need a way to create a workflow to highlight these blocks so that we can contact the lead by other means. Anyone?
The use case is:
Problem:
Solution(s)
- Marketing campaign is driving leads to a landing page (MC)
- User fills in form using email that is going to be blocked from sending
- User gets confirmation page – “Thank you … check your email”
- User never gets the email
- User contacts us (sometimes)
Problem:
- These are probably legitimate leads
- To retrospectively get MC to unblock / white list is too late
Solution(s)
- Build in form validation – but how to access the list (detective list)?
- Get notified if an email subscribed this way is entered – but how (I created a filter but would need to put every email address in with an “and” statement and that is not workable)?
