How to Create a group of Records and add group as a record in another Object?

Hi All, Let's Say there are three objects A, B and C. B acts as junction object (M-D relationship between A and C). There are Different Products stored as records in A which is shown as list in a lightning component. Now The requirement is When I select certain products from that list using checkbox and click a button (say "Add to Group") , a popup should open asking group name (input textBox) which when provided should create a Group record in "C" containing names (viz ID's) of products from A.

Appreciate any Help!!!
