Apex Trigger logic for the following requirement

If a case is closed, and the customer replies to an email, it would automatically re-open case. If past the 7 day mark, if a replies comes it a new case should be created and routed to appropriate queue

I think you can achieve it simply through Assignment Rule.. And also you can create Email to Case.

After 7 days of closing a case if replies are coming from customer through EMAIL or by Comment we need to create new case insted off re-open
