Trying to set up SnapEngage (live chat) and get State and Country Code picklist errors on most chats.

We use SnapEngage (app) for our online, live chats. We are getting many failures with error messages about state/country pick on nearly all records,  "There's a problem with this country, even though it may appear correct. Please select a country/territory from the list of valid countries." 
We have state and country picklists enabled in the org.  Where can I go for help setting up my Salesforce side.  SnapEngage insists the problem is in my Salesforce set up and not with their integration. I am not sure where to turn for help.
