I suggest you please use a new Developer Org / Trailhead Playground for validating the challenge. If the problem persists, log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.
Also, this kind of error pops up due to renaming reports or dashboards label after creation or when you Clone dashboards. Thus for any further challenges: DO NOT CLONE Dashboards or Reports. Always create from the scratch.
Try these steps:
Delete the existing dashboards/reports.
Delete it from the bin as well.
Create new dashboards/reports.
Refresh dashboards before checking up the challenge.
Try to Check Challenge.

Just a few minutes ago (before writing this) I was stuck with the same problem, but on Step 7th challenge.
The problem occurred (I guess like Khan Anas said) after clonning my Dashboard.
I in deed tryied with another browser, but didn't work.
To fix the problem, I made this steps:
1) Delete the Clon Dashboard (and from the Bin too - like Khan mention)
2) Rechecked all the steps again (and found that I bypassed one of them and some other 2 were wrong).
3) I made the corrections, save and refresh de Darshboard and.. Voila!! (I passed the Challenge)
