How can service appointment is assigned to the service resource automatically in FSL

I am new in FSL. I have set up all the data like Service Resource, Service User, Service Territory, Service Location and members. I wants 'Service Appointment' are assigned to the Service Resource automatically rather than manually.

Can anyone help me out.
