Derek Bennett 5 Calendar folder not found on exchange
Setting up lightning for outlook, and can't sync the salesforce and outlook calendars (see screen shot)

Did you ever find a solution on this? I'm facing this same issue on an exchange 2013 server. It seems strange that it can see the Salesforce_Sync folder in Exchange, but it can't see the Calendar folder. I'm curious if my configuration is similar to yours. Are you connecting to an on-premise server or o365?
