How we can apply localization to prechat form lightning component in snap-ins?

We have business requirement to display prechat form according to the langauge of User.How we can implement snap-ins for different languages (including for standard and custom field)?

Actually we want to fetch the language from VF page's URL parameter(in VF snap-ins snippet embedded) and according to that language display the fields and data of prechat form.
So please suggest how to change the language of prechatform as per the VF page's URL parameter(in VF snap-ins snippet embedded).
