Can Anyone explain the difference between Lookup Dialogs and Lookup Phone Dialogs??

 Lookup Phone Dialogs are used when you have integrated Salesforce CRM Call Center with a CTI application/softphone.

 Lookup dialog is used when someone clicks the "Lookup" icon on a lookup field so it will display fields there you can customize fields.
