I an not able to see all records in salesforce

Hi i generated a report and it was showing the 9 records while in backend(salesforce production) i am able to see only 9 records can you please tell me the reason for this ?

Hi Pavan,

I trust you are doing very well.

There are some reasons why some records don't show up in a Report: 
  • It does not meet the scope or filter criteria of the Report.
  • The User does not have at least Read access to it.
  • It does not exist.
