Can we able to show id in lookup field

In layout i need to show id in lookup field instead of name. The id should be the link to the lead. Is this possible. Can anyone solve this question please..

No .. Not able to show the record Id in the look up 

But You can do one think if its a custom object .. create a look with Name with Auto Number so that auto number will be displayed ..
