Hello,

I cannot deploy due to this error:

The user licence doesnt allow the permission: fieldService access

How can I fix this? There is no permission already.

From Setup, enter Field Service in the Quick Find box, then select Field Service Settings.
Select Enable Field Service Lightning
Then try to assign the users ..
