Greetings to you!
You can use Lightning for Outlook. Lightning for Outlook is a new way you can connect to Salesforce from Outlook. This is available for both Windows as well as Mac users. And it works with both Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic UI. You can use this even if you stick with Salesforce Classic.
Please refer to the below links which might help you.

Hi Anas,
Thanks for the quick response.
My concern is , I installed the Salesforce App in my outlook.
It shows Opportunities,Account , People etc. but doesn't show the Events created in SFDC.
As per this article https://success.salesforce.com/answers?id=9063A000000e9tgQAA It says that event sync is not possible from SFDC to outlook ,only reverse is possible.
So I am confused what is possible and what not?
