Hi Team, could you help me please to understand how can I change 'Opportunity' Popup on Accounts? It duplicates information in the 'Opportunity' field.

Hi Nat,

Sure go to the page layout you wish to change - Related list - Scrool down to Opportunities press the wrench Icon.

Are you talking about the New button on the Account layout, Opportunity related list?

I mean this popup, that duplicates information from 'Opportunities' field.
Can I change it?

Yes, 
Go to the Object Manager - Opportunity - Compact Layouts - Create a new one and assign it.
