Depends on what type of business are you running. There are literally hundreds of thousands of apps available. It’s very tough to say – “yes, this one is the best!”
I recommend you reading this Top applications for Salesforce list (https://www.omi.co/crm-configuration/15-awesome-salesforce-tools-to-incorporate-in-2018/), that has different apps for different aspects of business, such as sales, customer service, etc.
